    Their People & Culture team is approachable, commercially focused and well integrated with the business, playing a key role in supporting leaders and driving effective hiring outcomes across a diverse workforce.
     
    About the Role:
    This is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role, responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across a national portfolio. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business, particularly within client-facing teams, supporting hiring across a broad range of roles, from entry-level through to senior and specialist positions. The role is hands-on and operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a mix of active recruitment, stakeholder engagement and agency management.

    Key areas of focus include:
    • Managing end-to-end internal recruitment across a national portfolio
    • Hiring across a variety of roles, with a core focus on client-facing and revenue-generating positions
    • Building strong, visible relationships with stakeholders through regular face-to-face engagement
    • Managing a high-volume workload (circa 20+ roles at any one time across various stages)
    • Partnering with hiring managers to take clear briefs and move processes forward efficiently
    • Managing agency relationships and overseeing roles currently supported externally
    • Ensuring a smooth process from brief through to offer, working closely with HR operations for contracts and onboarding handover
    • Navigating internal processes, approvals and systems
    About You:
    • Proven experience in recruitment (internal) within a corporate or fast-paced environment
    • Ideally experience in a similar professional services or corporate setting
    • A naturally warm, engaging and proactive style — someone who enjoys building relationships
    • Comfortable working at pace and managing volume without compromising quality
    • Confident partnering with stakeholders and providing direction where needed
    • Self-sufficient and able to operate with autonomy in a busy environment
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
