Tandem Partners is partnering with a large and growing national organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager. With a diverse, multi-site workforce spanning healthcare and operational environments, this newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and lead a strategic talent acquisition function during an exciting period of growth and expansion.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering the organisation's talent acquisition strategy across both specialist and corporate populations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines workforce planning, recruitment delivery, employer branding, future talent initiatives and data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a proactive, pipeline-led talent acquisition strategy.
- Building workforce plans and recruitment pipelines across multiple regions and disciplines.
- Leading end-to-end recruitment for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Driving employer brand and EVP initiatives across a range of attraction channels.
- Establishing and managing graduate, early careers and international talent programs.
- Providing recruitment insights, reporting and market intelligence to senior leaders.
- Coaching hiring managers and improving recruitment capability across the business.
- Managing agency relationships, recruitment spend and governance activities.
We're seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional who enjoys building strategies, influencing stakeholders and creating scalable recruitment solutions.
You will bring:
- Significant experience leading talent acquisition within a complex, multi-site organisation.
- A proven track record recruiting specialist, technical, clinical or otherwise hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience building talent pipelines, workforce plans and employer branding initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
- Recruitment systems, reporting and analytics experience.
- Exposure to graduate, early careers or international recruitment programs.
- A commercial, data-led approach and a genuine passion for candidate experience.
