Fast-paced Talent Partner role focused on high-volume, blue-collar recruitment. Hybrid across St Kilda Road and Rowville.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Partner
to join a large, multi-site organisation, managing end-to-end recruitment across a busy operational workforce.
Working closely with hiring managers and operational leaders, you will take ownership of vacancies from approval through to commencement, developing proactive sourcing strategies and building strong talent pipelines.
This role offers hybrid working arrangements, with time split between St Kilda Road and Rowville.
The Role
This is a hands-on recruitment position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will manage multiple vacancies at once, proactively source candidates and work closely with stakeholders to address difficult-to-fill and ageing vacancies.

The Role
This is a hands-on recruitment position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will manage multiple vacancies at once, proactively source candidates and work closely with stakeholders to address difficult-to-fill and ageing vacancies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across an allocated portfolio.
- Proactively sourcing, screening and assessing candidates.
- Coordinating interviews, reference checks, offers and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
- Leading regular vacancy discussions with hiring managers to review progress and agree recruitment strategies.
- Developing targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
- Providing stakeholders with market insights and recruitment advice.
- Coaching and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitoring recruitment activity and adapting attraction strategies where required.
- Delivering a professional, responsive and positive candidate experience.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records, systems and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience recruiting blue-collar or operational workforces within a high-volume recruitment environment.
You will also bring:
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, either within an internal talent acquisition team or agency environment.
- Proven experience managing a high volume of vacancies and competing priorities.
- Confidence partnering with operational leaders and hiring managers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- A proactive approach to sourcing and candidate attraction.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
