Working as part of a high-calibre People & Culture team, you will contribute to work with genuine organisational impact.
Joining an OD Centre of Excellence, you will partner closely with the broader HR community and senior business stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives within one of two specialist streams: Talent or Culture.
Your remit will include strengthening organisational capability through targeted programs, pathways and interventions that maximise performance, potential and engagement. Depending on your area of expertise, this could include talent identification, succession planning and career development programs or culture initiatives designed to support business performance.
Importantly, we are looking for someone who is a specialist Talent practitioner, or a Culture specialist, with the credibility and depth to bring contemporary thinking and strong subject matter expertise to the team. You will be org psychology qualified and will bring outstanding senior and executive stakeholder management and internal consulting skills, together with a pragmatic and commercial approach. You will be nimble, comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once and able to navigate complexity and operate effectively within a large organisation.
