We're partnering with a well-established national organisation that operates across Australia and New Zealand. Due to continued growth and hiring demand, they're looking for a driven Talent Partner to join their established Talent Acquisition team.
This is a genuinely hands-on recruitment role, offering ownership of a high-volume portfolio while partnering closely with leaders across a broad operational workforce. You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, proactive sourcing, stakeholder management and building talent pipelines across multiple sites throughout ANZ.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruitment across a national portfolio
- Managing high-volume recruitment activity across blue-collar and operational roles
- Proactive sourcing and talent pooling for hard-to-fill positions
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Providing market insights and recruitment advice
- Managing agency relationships where required
- Conducting screening, interviewing and candidate management
- Supporting workforce planning and ongoing talent attraction initiatives
- Driving a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment environments
- Strong blue-collar recruitment experience (essential)
- Internal or agency recruitment experience managing large vacancy volumes
- Proven sourcing and talent pipelining capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach
