    We're partnering with a large, purpose-led organisation to find a Talent & Workforce Strategy Lead who will play a critical role in shaping future workforce capability. Reporting to the Director of Talent & Capability, you'll lead strategic initiatives across workforce planning, talent management, capability development and job architecture, helping ensure the organisation has the skills and talent needed to deliver on its long-term strategy.
      
    This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior leaders to turn workforce challenges into practical, scalable solutions. You'll drive the evolution of talent and workforce frameworks, strengthen job architecture and capability models, and improve the way people, processes, technology and data come together to support better workforce outcomes.
      
    What you'll bring
    • Experience leading enterprise-wide talent, workforce, capability or organisational transformation initiatives.
    • Strong strategic thinking, consulting and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex environments.
    • Experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, capability frameworks or job architecture.
    • Strong analytical capability, using workforce and talent data to drive insights and decision making.
    • Understanding of HR technology platforms, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
    • The ability to connect strategy with execution and deliver practical outcomes at scale.
