    An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a well-established services organisation.

    Supporting a national workforce, this role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of operational and corporate vacancies. Working in a standalone capacity, you will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and secure talent across a range of functions while delivering a positive candidate experience.

    This position will suit a hands-on recruiter who enjoys working autonomously, managing competing priorities and partnering with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

    Key responsibilities
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of operational and corporate vacancies
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment needs
    • Develop and post job advertisements across relevant sourcing channels
    • Conduct candidate screening and assessment activities
    • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
    • Manage reference checks, background checks and pre-employment requirements
    • Prepare employment contracts and offer documentation
    • Provide recruitment advice and market insights to hiring managers
    • Maintain recruitment systems and ensure a positive candidate experience
    • Support talent acquisition projects and initiatives as required
    About you
    • Immediately available
    • Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Recruiter role
    • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
    • Experience recruiting across both white and blue collar roles
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Ability to work autonomously and build credibility with leaders quickly
    • Comfortable managing a busy workload and multiple concurrent vacancies
    • A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
    • Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities can change and ambiguity exists
