An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a well-established services organisation.
Supporting a national workforce, this role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of operational and corporate vacancies. Working in a standalone capacity, you will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and secure talent across a range of functions while delivering a positive candidate experience.
This position will suit a hands-on recruiter who enjoys working autonomously, managing competing priorities and partnering with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of operational and corporate vacancies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment needs
- Develop and post job advertisements across relevant sourcing channels
- Conduct candidate screening and assessment activities
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
- Manage reference checks, background checks and pre-employment requirements
- Prepare employment contracts and offer documentation
- Provide recruitment advice and market insights to hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment systems and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support talent acquisition projects and initiatives as required

- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist or Senior Recruiter role
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience recruiting across both white and blue collar roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and build credibility with leaders quickly
- Comfortable managing a busy workload and multiple concurrent vacancies
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities can change and ambiguity exists
