  • Are you an HR professional who enjoys working at the intersection of people, systems and data? We are partnering with a growing financial services organisation seeking a proactive and analytical HR Advisor to join their People Operations team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the genuine potential to extend or become permanent.

    This role offers a blend of HR advisory, people operations, reporting and workforce analytics. It is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, working with HR systems and using data to support business decision-making.

    About the Role
    Reporting to a knowledgeable and supportive leader, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations, maintaining data integrity, delivering workforce reporting and contributing to ongoing HR technology and process improvement initiatives.
    This is broader than a traditional HR Advisor role and will suit someone who combines strong HR operational knowledge with a genuine interest in systems, reporting and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide HR advisory and operational support across the employee lifecycle
    • Produce regular and ad hoc people reporting and workforce analytics
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data governance standards are met
    • Manage HRIS data updates and employee information changes
    • Act as a first point of contact for HR systems and reporting enquiries
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
    • Participate in HR system enhancements, upgrades and implementation projects
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and AI-enabled solutions
    About You
    To be successful in this role, you will bring:
    • Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Advisory or Workforce Analytics environments
    • Strong HR systems and HRIS administration experience
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data analysis
    • Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting and dashboard tools
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Curiosity, initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
    • Exposure to automation, AI-enabled reporting tools or process improvement initiatives will be highly regarded
