Opportunity to join a growing and stable organisation in a diverse HR Advisor role - 6 month contract

We are partnering with a growing financial services organisation seeking a proactive and analytical HR Advisor to join their People Operations team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the genuine potential to extend or become permanent.

Reporting to a knowledgeable and supportive leader, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations, maintaining data integrity, delivering workforce reporting and contributing to ongoing HR technology and process improvement initiatives.
This is broader than a traditional HR Advisor role and will suit someone who combines strong HR operational knowledge with a genuine interest in systems, reporting and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advisory and operational support across the employee lifecycle
- Produce regular and ad hoc people reporting and workforce analytics
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data governance standards are met
- Manage HRIS data updates and employee information changes
- Act as a first point of contact for HR systems and reporting enquiries
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
- Participate in HR system enhancements, upgrades and implementation projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and AI-enabled solutions
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Advisory or Workforce Analytics environments
- Strong HR systems and HRIS administration experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data analysis
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting and dashboard tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Curiosity, initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
- Exposure to automation, AI-enabled reporting tools or process improvement initiatives will be highly regarded
