HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner position in multi-site Education provider covering workforce planning, ER and REM reviews
We are partnering with a large, well-established organisation operating across a national multi-site environment to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner .
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering, this role will partner with senior leaders across a portfolio of business units, providing advice and support across workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change, performance, talent and engagement initiatives. Supported by specialist ER/IR, WHS, OD, remuneration and HR operations teams, you will play a key role in delivering people outcomes while building trusted relationships with leaders across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to drive people strategy and workforce planning initiatives
- Provide coaching and advice across performance, conduct and employee relations matters
- Support organisational change, engagement and talent initiatives
- Contribute to remuneration review processes and broader people programs
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across a diverse portfolio
- Participate in HR projects focused on process improvement and business transformation
You are a commercially-minded, pragmatic HR Business Partner who is confident working with senior stakeholders. You bring:
- Strong HR generalist capability across ER, performance management and organisational change.
- Demonstrated expertise in interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience supporting leaders in award and/or enterprise agreement environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complexity at pace.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to partner with senior leadership teams
- Melbourne CBD location
- Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Minimal travel requirements, with most stakeholder engagement conducted virtually
