About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to step into a broad generalist role supporting a diverse global client group across corporate and operational functions.
This is a 2-month contract to start late August as an extended leave relief.
Reporting to the Global CPO, and working closely with senior leaders and partnering with an experienced People and Culture team, you will provide end to end HR support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring consistent delivery of people initiatives and operational outcomes.
The role will see you partnering with leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, workforce planning, organisational change, talent processes, employee engagement and people related risk. You will coach and influence stakeholders, provide practical advice aligned to employment legislation, and support the successful execution of business priorities. This is a highly visible role requiring someone who can quickly establish credibility, operate autonomously and confidently manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.

You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver outcomes in commercially focused organisations.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience across end to end HR business partnering
- Strong employee relations capability including performance management, investigations, grievances and workplace issues
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision making
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and professional judgement • Confidence working in fast paced and evolving environments
- Experience using HRIS platforms and leveraging people data to support business decisions
- A collaborative and hands on approach with the ability to work both strategically and operationally
- The confidence to seek guidance, escalate risks appropriately and work effectively within a broader People and Culture team
