Responsibilities include:
- Managing end‑to‑end payroll processing with accuracy and confidence
- Supporting employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Responding to payroll, leave, policy and benefits queries with professionalism and care.
- Maintaining accurate employee data and supporting reporting and audit requirement.
- Contributing to continuous improvement across payroll processes and systems.
About You:
- Proven experience managing full‑function payroll end‑to‑end
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation and employment legislation
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with global teams.
