About the Role:
This is a fantastic permanent part time opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist who enjoys taking ownership of the payroll function and delivering a high quality employee experience. Working as part of a supportive and capable team, you will manage the end to end payroll process while partnering with stakeholders across multiple international locations.
You will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance and efficiency while contributing to ongoing process enhancements and system improvements. This position offers exposure to a global environment and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to best practice payroll operations.
Key responsibilities include managing end to end payroll processing, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, responding to payroll and benefits related queries, maintaining employee records and supporting reporting, audit and compliance requirements. You will also contribute to ongoing payroll process improvements and help drive operational excellence across the function.
About You:
You are an experienced payroll professional with proven expertise managing end to end payroll in a complex and fast paced environment. You enjoy working with detail, take pride in delivering accurate outcomes and have the confidence to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
You will bring strong knowledge of payroll compliance, taxation obligations and employment legislation, together with a proactive and solutions focused mindset. Exposure to global payroll environments will be highly regarded.
To be successful you will demonstrate:
• Proven experience managing full function payroll from start to finish
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance and taxation requirements
• Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with payroll data and reporting
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
• High levels of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail
• The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a global team environment
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance and taxation requirements
