Join a well-established financial services organisation that has recently implemented Workday Payroll and is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to take ownership of a standalone payroll function.
Managing a fortnightly payroll for approximately 470 employees, you'll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, payroll tax, leave liability, general ledger and STP reconciliations, WorkCover, system configuration, and payroll compliance. You'll also partner closely with Finance and People teams to ensure a seamless payroll service.

About You
- Strong end-to-end payroll experience
- Experience managing payroll systems and reconciliations
- Workday Payroll or Workday HCM experience highly regarded
- Exposure to PeopleSoft or SAP will also be considered
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Curious, proactive and process-improvement focused
- 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent
- Flexible working arrangements (2 days WFH)
