    About the Role:

    Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, this role sits within a small, high performing People & Culture team and provides end to end HR Business Partner support across a client group of approximately 50 to 70 employees spanning corporate functions and international markets.

    This is a broad HR generalist role with a specialist focus on HR systems, reporting, remuneration and benefits, together with oversight of payroll governance. You will partner closely with leaders to influence workforce outcomes, support organisational effectiveness and drive a positive employee experience across a geographically dispersed workforce.

    Key responsibilities include providing strategic and operational advice across the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management and organisational development. You will lead monthly, quarterly and annual HR reporting requirements, manage HRIS optimisation initiatives, support remuneration review processes, oversee payroll inputs and approvals, and contribute to global People & Culture projects focused on culture, engagement and performance.

    The role offers a unique blend of business partnering, technical systems expertise and analytics, making it well suited to an HR professional who enjoys both strategic stakeholder engagement and hands on delivery.

    About You:

    You are an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment. You bring strong generalist HR capability together with expertise in reporting, systems and remuneration, enabling you to provide commercially focused advice while maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

    To be successful, you will demonstrate:
    • Operational level, hands on, HR generalist or business partnering experience within a corporate, complex organisation
    • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and coaching leaders through people related matters
    • Strong capability in remuneration, compensation and benefits and payroll governance processes
    • Advanced analytical skills with experience producing HR metrics, workforce reporting and insights
    • Exposure to HRIS platforms, ideally BambooHR or similar systems
    • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
    • Sound understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements
    • Experience working across multiple countries or supporting geographically dispersed teams will be highly regarded
    • A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline are preferred.
