Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a true HR Business Partner opportunity supporting operational leaders across a NSW and QLD portfolio.
Partnering closely with State General Managers and operational leaders, you'll provide both strategic and hands-on people support across workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, leadership capability, organisational design, culture and change initiatives.
This is a highly visible role where you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders translate business objectives into practical people strategies that strengthen performance, engagement and organisational capability.

Key Areas of Focus Include:
- Partnering with senior operational leaders to support business priorities and workforce strategy
- Providing commercially focused advice across a broad range of people matters
- Leading and coaching managers through employee relations matters, investigations and performance issues
- Supporting workforce planning, organisational design and capability initiatives
- Driving leadership development, succession planning and talent conversations
- Partnering with leaders through change, transformation and growth initiatives
- Using workforce insights and data to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Contributing to People & Culture projects, frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
- Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisory capacity
- Demonstrated experience working within the NDIS or disability services sector
- Strong understanding and practical application of the Health Professionals and Support Services (HPSS) Award
- Proven capability managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations
- Experience supporting organisational development, workforce planning and change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A commercially minded and pragmatic approach to partnering with leaders
- Ability to operate autonomously within a dynamic and evolving environment
