  • We're partnering with a highly respected professional services organisation that continues to experience strong growth across Australia and New Zealand. As a result, they are looking for an experienced People & Culture professional to join the team on a parental leave contract and play a pivotal role across both recruitment and business partnering.

    The role offers genuine breadth, variety and impact. Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to recruitment, with the balance focused on partnering with leaders across a range of people related matters.

    The Opportunity

    Joining a collaborative and highly regarded People & Culture team, you will:
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles
    • Manage approximately 20 active vacancies across professional and support functions
    • Recruit roles ranging from support positions through to principal level professionals
    • Coordinate annual internship and graduate recruitment programs
    • Partner with leaders on day-to-day people matters and employee lifecycle activities
    • Support performance conversations and coaching discussions
    • Provide advice on leave management, policies and workplace practices
    • Assist with employee relations matters and workplace conflict resolution
    • Interpret employment legislation and provide practical people advice
    • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
    This is a hands-on role requiring someone who enjoys switching between strategic conversations and operational delivery.

    About You

    You are likely to have started your career in recruitment before moving into a broader HR or Business Partnering role.
    You bring:
    • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
    • Business Partnering experience in a complex organisational environment
    • Exposure to employee relations matters and confidence managing cases
    • Experience working within professional services, partnerships or matrix organisations
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
    • The ability to provide credible advice to senior and highly accomplished professionals
    • A pragmatic and commercially minded approach
    • The confidence to work autonomously
