As a result, they are looking for an experienced People & Culture professional to join the team on a parental leave contract and play a pivotal role across both recruitment and business partnering.
The role offers genuine breadth, variety and impact. Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to recruitment, with the balance focused on partnering with leaders across a range of people related matters.

The Opportunity
Joining a collaborative and highly regarded People & Culture team, you will:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles
- Manage approximately 20 active vacancies across professional and support functions
- Recruit roles ranging from support positions through to principal level professionals
- Coordinate annual internship and graduate recruitment programs
- Partner with leaders on day-to-day people matters and employee lifecycle activities
- Support performance conversations and coaching discussions
- Provide advice on leave management, policies and workplace practices
- Assist with employee relations matters and workplace conflict resolution
- Interpret employment legislation and provide practical people advice
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
About You
You are likely to have started your career in recruitment before moving into a broader HR or Business Partnering role.
You bring:
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
- Business Partnering experience in a complex organisational environment
- Exposure to employee relations matters and confidence managing cases
- Experience working within professional services, partnerships or matrix organisations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- The ability to provide credible advice to senior and highly accomplished professionals
- A pragmatic and commercially minded approach
- The confidence to work autonomously
